How will I know what size to buy? TOP
Working out what size to buy can be a pain, the best wa is by measurements of your babies thigh and waist, I find that helps more than weight as babies can weigh the same thing but be totally different shapes! If you are unsure you can email me through the measurements and I will let you know which size I think would suit best.

When are you actually open? TOP
Obviously a website is open 24/7 to take orders. I am usually home all day every day and will respond to emails as they come in. If I am going to be away from home or I will be unable to post out orders on a particular day I will post the days I am unavailable on the blog or on our Facebook page so for the most up to date information check either of those.

Cloth nappies have come a long way in the last few years and there are literally hundreds of brands to choose from now.

I recommend trying a few different styles before you buy one sort in bulk. because not every style suits every baby and some parents find some systems easier to use than others.
Do you repair broken elastic? TOP
Unfortunately I am unable to replace elastic in older nappies personally but I recommend you contact Bubblebubs, who offer a reasonably priced Repair My Nappy service.
Elastic problems in nappies that occur within 6 months of your purchase are covered by a warranty so please contact me if you have any issues with your new nappy, elastic or otherwise.
