As we are a home based business with a young family our preferred method of communication is email but we do have message bank so should you prefer to phone and we are not available please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Ordering and Payment Options Orders can be placed online, via email or by telephoning (03) 5787 1141 during business hours. To place an online order through our store simply select the products you want, then proceed through the checkout to finalise the sale. Payment methods we currently accept are direct deposit, paypal and cash (if you are wanting to collect your order in person). A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been received, if this does not arrive within 24 hours please contact us on orders@babysafari.com.au.
Cancellations Orders that have not been paid for within one week will be cancelled when there has been no contact from the buyer to make alternate arrangements within the seven day period.
Pricing & Postage All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Postage will be charged at a flat rate of $5.00 but we offer Express post for $9.00 and Registered for $7.70, you will be able to chose what level of postage you require when completing the checkout. For International postage rates please contact us prior to ordering. Orders will be posted once payment is received. If there is going to be a hold up with postage we will notify you immediately. All Bear Hug Baby products have postage included in the price if they are purchased individually, when combined with other items regular postage charges will apply. Pick-up is welcome either from our home in Wandong or from my husbands office in Flemington during work hours on week days. If you wish to pick up your order just put pick up in the drop down when completing the shopping cart.

Out of Stock Items If something you order is out of stock you will be notified and the item can be placed on back order or you can choose another product or opt for a refund for that item, if you do not wish to wait.
Wholesale and Co-ops Our Stuff n Snap nappies are now available for wholesale. We are also able to co-op some of our products. If you are interested in wholesale or co-ops please email me for details.
Refund and Exchange Policy If a item you have purchased is faulty or incorrect please contact us immediately upon receiving it to arrange an exchange, refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original state and unwashed. We can not be held responsible for items damaged in the post. We will not offer an exchange or refund on items that have been used or washed.
Privacy Baby Safari will never disclose your personal or order information to any other party at any time.
